Before you make any purchase with us, it's important to read through and understand our Terms and Conditions:

 

1. All prices stated are nett and in Singapore dollars.

2. Once we have received your order, we shall reply you within 24 hours.

3. Item comes with FREE Local Registered postage unless otherwise stated.

 

4. For local buyers, we preferred payment by bank transfer to POSB/DBS account.

5. I do appreciate payment within 2 days.  I'm sorry that I have to cancel your order if payment is not received within the required time.

6. For payment made on Fridays, mailing would be done on the following Mondays.

7. For remakes/customization, payment has to be made in advance. Orders will only be processed upon receipt of payment. Please allow 7 to 14 days for the making of items.
P/S - "Fleur Fairy" reserves the rights to change on some materials that are not available. There will be no prior notice given, however, the design will still stay close to its originality.

8. Strictly no dead buyers. Only genuine and sincere buyers are welcomed in this website.  Please clear all doubts with us prior to purchase. Dead buyer will be barred from all future purchases.

9. Item will be mailed to you via Registered mail.  Strictly no meet-ups!

10.  Fleur Fairy would not be responsible for any loss of package during shipping.

11. We do not accept any exchange or refund unless there's a valid reason. For any repairs, please email us for more details.

12. Item will be carefully packed and bubble-wrapped before mailing. In any case that your item purchased is damaged during mailing, please email us at fleurfairy.sg@gmail.com to report for the damages. Thereafter, we will get back to you asap via email for advice.

13. For overseas buyer, I strongly encourage payment via Paypal. Please enquire within for overseas postage and price of item before your purchase. You can visit PayPal website for account opening.
